Advertising: Epica Awards 2010
The Epica Awards is a great European festival which aims to encourage creativity and help marketers, photographers and film production agencies increase their reputation in Europe.
The festival take place in France and its jury is made up of 34 advertising magazines from 27 different European countries. There are 44 categories of rewards for different products and services which are also divided up according to their media. Entries are judged on two levels - the originality of the creative idea and its quality of execution.
The complete results of the 2010 awards were announced the last week of November. The awards ceremony took place January 21st, 2011 in the Zagreb Museum of Contemporary Art in Croatia.
I have made a selection of my seven favorite advertisements. They are the ones which made me laugh and the ones I find pertinent to my work as a designer.
